Christmas & Hogmanay Breaks Booking Terms & Conditions

We require an initial deposit of £100 per adult to confirm bookings.
Full payment of the balance of your package is due by 22nd November 2009 for Christmas and 10 day stays or by 29th November 2009 for Hogmanay stays. If you cancel before these dates any pre-payment will be fully refundable. Cancellations after these dates, if we are unable to resell the accommodation, may be liable to retention of pre-payment. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover such eventualities. We reserve the right to change elements of the published programmes if necessary, but will make every effort to inform our guests in advance.

Festive Occasions Booking Terms & Conditions

For all bookings an initial deposit of £15 per person is required to confirm, payable by cheque or credit card. Full payment is payable by 30th November 2009.

Refund of the initial deposit is not normally available if cancellation is made, unless the hotel is able to resell the space. Monies paid for non arrivals cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or accommodation for other members of the party.

The hotel reserves the right to amend packages and prices at any time before the event and to cancel any evenings in the unlikely event of shortfall in minimum numbers required to operate. In such circumstances full refunds will be available.

Christmas Party Nights Deposits and Advance Payments

For all party bookings an initial non refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required to confirm the booking, provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks and will be automatically released if no payment has been made. Final balance is due by Friday 30th October 2009 together with a rooming list. Please note no refunds of advance payments are available. Party organisers are asked to make their group members aware of this.
